A video of a young Bernie Sanders being arrested during a civil rights protest will no doubt help him blunt criticism that he wasn’t really a civil rights activist.
The 1963 video shows the then 21-year-old University of Chicago student being arrested on the southside of Chicago during a segregation protest.
A senior advisor for Sanders confirmed the guy being arrested is indeed the presidential candidate.
